  • How am I able to make a withdrawal request?

    You may make withdrawal requests at any time. Our accounting department will process the requests once all documents have been verified. Withdrawing funds is safe and simple with TouchTrades. Contact your account manager to request a withdrawal. You will then be required to submit the proper documents in order to begin the process. Once approved for withdrawal,TouchTrades. will fund the amount back to the original fund source. Documentation is required upon your first investment with TouchTrades for Compliance purposes. This will ensure a quick and secure withdrawal process later on. The required documents include: A government issued photo ID such as a Passport or Driver’s License. A copy of both the front and back of all credit cards used to deposit funds. For security purposes, the first 12 digits can be blocked, leaving the last 4 digits visible. The CVV on the back of the card should also be blocked for security purposes. Proof of address in the form of a utility bill or alternative bill that displays name and address. Withdrawals will not be processed and confirmed until all documents are received. Unverified accounts will not be eligible for withdrawals.     Traders benefiting from any bonus are required to execute trades to the value of thirty times the initial bonus fund. This stipulation must be fully met and fulfilled in order to withdraw any funds.

  • What are the daily and monthly limits for deposits?

    Daily limit for credit cards: $10,000 USD ( Keep in mind that these restrictions are more set by your bank then ours) Monthly limit for credit cards: $40,000 USD.   • How long will it take for my deposit to be credited to my account?

    Deposits made by credit card or electronic payment will be instantly credited once received by Touch Trades Deposits made by wire transfer can take 5-7 business days to credit your account.

  • Is there a withdrawal limit?

    You may only withdraw the amount of funds that are currently in your account.

  • What currency am I able to use for trading?

    You are able open your account in USD, other account currencies will be added in the near future.

  • Do I require anything special programs dor software on my computer to start trading?

    Any standard PC with an internet connection may be used with Touch Trades. and no additional software download is required onto your computer in order to start trading. Touch Trades. recommends thou to use Internet Explorer (IE7.0, IE8.0), FireFox (v3.5, v3.6) or Google Chrome (v4.0) as the internet browser. Java script must be enabled to trade on our site.

  • How do I trade?

    To invest, you must choose between “call” or “put” options for a given underlying asset. Clicking on the call/put button will open an investment sheet in the same box, where you will be requested to enter the amount of the investment and to approve execution. The selection may be cancelled at any time before approval of the transaction. Please note that the rate keeps updating on the investment sheet.

  • Is there a maximum number of options that can be purchased at any time?

    There is no limitation placed on the number of options that can be purchased at any particular time. However, there is an ‘exposure limit’ of 3000 USD. This limit represents the total value of open positions at any particular time.

  • What are the minimum and maximum trade amounts for a single option?

    The minimum amount a trader can invest in an option with is 5 USD . The maximum amount is 3000 USD.

  • What are the rates displayed in the trading boxes?

    Rates are the quoted prices of the underlying assets. The rate is a live feed directly received from Reuters and is calculated by (Bid+Ask)/2. This formula calculates the spread between the highest price that a buyer is willing to pay for a particular asset and the lowest price at which a seller is willing to sell the asset.

  • What happens if my option expires at the target price?

    if an option expires at the target price, which is possible for a High/Low or Boundary Instruments, 100% of the initial investment will be returned by Touch Trades to the trader.

  • What is the expiration rate?

    The expiration rate, is the rate which an option expires at the end of a trade.

  • What is the expiration time?

    The expiration time is the time and date at which an option expires.

  • What is the "Target Price" of an option?

    Target prices are the purchase amount at which Touch Trades is willing to sell the option. These amounts are predetermined by Touch Trade`s market analyses, based on the most current data available. Traders can opt to buy an option above or below the target price depending on the way that they anticipate the asset is likely to move.

  • What kind of returns (profit) am I able make with Forex?

    Forex traders earn percentages on their returns. While different Forex broker return amounts vary, Touch Trades offers some of the most favorable return amounts available: 65%- 88% return when the chosen options expires ‘in the money‘.

  • What time zone should I trade on?

    Trade based on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Please note that the time shown on the site is your time zone.

  • Why am I not able to make a trade?

    1. All our assets are available during market trading hours. Outside the market trading hours, the assets will not be displayed on Touch Trades platform. 2. if you fail to provide your compliance documents, you will not be able to execute any trade.
